✨ Goud
Reinig voorzichtig met lauwwarm water, milde zeep en een zachte doek of borstel.
Vermijd agressieve schoonmaakmiddelen of schurende producten die de glans kunnen aantasten.
Spoel goed af en droog na met een zachte, pluisvrije doek.
💡 Tip van Mikou: Draag uw gouden stukken regelmatig—de natuurlijke oliën van de huid helpen het oppervlak mooi te houden.
✨ Zilver
Poets regelmatig met een zilverdoek om dofheid en oxidatie te voorkomen.
Voor een diepere reiniging: gebruik lauwwarm water met een druppel zachte afwasmiddel.
Bewaar uw zilveren sieraden in een luchtdichte zak of anti-tarnish etui.
🛍️ Mikou’s bewaartip: Vermijd open sieradendozen—zilver houdt van rust en bescherming.
✨ Edelstenen
(zoals saffieren, robijnen, smaragden, diamanten)
Reinig voorzichtig met lauwwarm water, een druppel milde zeep en een zachte borstel (rondom de zettingen).
Spoel goed af en dep droog met een pluisvrije doek.
Vermijd ultrasone reinigers bij zachtere of behandelde stenen (zoals smaragden).
🔍 Zorg met aandacht: Behandel edelstenen als kleine kunstwerken—elke steen is uniek.
✨ Pareljuwelen
Veeg na elk gebruik voorzichtig schoon met een zachte, licht vochtige doek.
Laat parels nooit weken en vermijd reinigingsmiddelen—parels zijn poreus en gevoelig.
Houd parels uit de buurt van parfums, haarsprays en make-up.
Bewaar ze plat, in een zachte doek of etui, los van andere sieraden.

I’m thrilled to share that I took part in Milano Jewelry Week 2024 (October 15–20, 2024), showcasing my signature Red Bowtie ring and the Butterfly ring during this prestigious international event held across Milan’s central venues like Palazzo Bovara, La Pelota, and Galdus School.
Being part of this vibrant celebration of jewelry craftsmanship—among over 500 designers from more than 60 countries—was an incredible opportunity to present my work to enthusiasts, industry professionals, and fellow creatives.

In November 2024, Mikou presented its collection at a special pop-up in De Bijenkorf in The Hague. For this exclusive event, we designed and sold a unique honey bee-inspired piece, symbolizing the iconic De Bijenkorf itself.
